Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lunadraw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use Lunadraw
You must be a parent or guardian aged 18 or over to create an account. Children do not have their own accounts; they create within the account you set up and manage.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the child profiles you create, and for the content created within your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Lunadraw has a free tier and a paid plan, Lunadraw+. On mobile, subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Play Store through RevenueCat; on the web, by Stripe. Pricing is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation is as easy as subscribing. Refunds follow the policies of the App Store, Play Store, or Stripe, whichever you purchased through.
5. Content and ownership
A child's drawings are their own creative work, enhanced by AI into a polished character. We do not claim ownership of your child's drawings. We grant you a licence to use the AI-generated enhancements for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content through automated means.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the service's models or prompts.
- Attempt to generate harmful, unsafe, or unlawful content.
7. Safety and moderation
We moderate all content created in Lunadraw. We may refuse to generate, or remove, content that violates our safety policies. When we step in on a drawing, the child sees a gentle stylised result rather than an error, and you can review what happened in the parent zone's safety log.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Lunadraw is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Lunadraw operates; mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
